Friendship
Properties was founded in 2003 by Benjamin Kirsch, president and owner
of Jackson, New Jersey based Friendship, Inc. Ben Kirsch has been
a Master Builder of single family homes for over 25 years and is well-known
for the many fine home communities he has built throughout Burlington,
Monmouth and Ocean Counties in New Jersey. His vision was to offer
a Full Service Residential Real Estate Company to better service Friendship,
Inc.’s past and present homeowners in the buying and selling
of their homes.
The
Friendship Properties Sales Associates are Licensed Realtors who specialize
in New Home Construction. Each Realtor has expert knowledge in new
construction and is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
to ensure a smooth transition into your new home. Our Sales Associates
have access to Friendship, Inc.’s floor plans, site maps, surveys
and all other pertinent information to market your property.

2007, Friendship Properties merged with Blue Realty GMAC Real Estate,
